Camelot Fall Festival 

Saturday October 23rd 

Music, Pumpkins, Games, Prizes, Desserts, Crafts, Food Trucks, Monster Hunt!

Come to this year's fantastic Fall Festival on the Camelot School Grounds.

$2 Admission fee per Child at the door (Cash/Credit)

Adults free - Tickets will be sold for the 50/50 raffle and Spooky Sweet Shack.

 

We are working to make this event safe, fun, and accessible for all.

The festival will be split into two waves with a break for cleaning and reset in between the groups.

Last Names A-M: 2:00pm - 3:15pm **
Last Names N-Z: 3:45pm - 5:00pm

(if your name group assignment does not fit your schedule,  come at a time that does)

{ 3:15-3:45: Reset of food, refresh of booths, and a chance to sanitize our stations }

**We are SO excited to share that, during the first half of the festival (2:00-3:15pm), there will be a sensory-inclusive environment inside the gym for students & their families to enjoy with some of our staff volunteers!!! Help our PTA Food Pantry - Trade Cans for Lollipops! 

Bring a can of soup, bag of beans, box of pasta, or any other non-perishable food item to the Fall Festival and trade it for a lollipop. Pick a winning lollipop and you get a prize! Hey Camelot Dragon Families! We need your help to pull off another FANTASTIC Fall Festival event with many fun & exciting new features - this year on Camelot's school grounds!

Setup will begin at 11am and cleanup will start promptly at 5pm. We will be working hard to keep things safe, appropriately-distanced, and as exciting as possible!

 

You'll notice on the sign up genius that there are many places where we still need help and that not all slots are assigned to specific games or crafts yet. We will reach out with assignments next Friday!

 

If you want to volunteer but cannot figure out how to use the sign up link, just send an email to vpsocialcamelotpta@gmail.com with where you want to work and we will plug your name in!
